Corporate Governance

The primary role of Board of Directors is to maximise long-term economic value for our shareholders, to set the Group’s strategic objectives and provide leadership to the Group. In fulfilling its duties, the Board has developed robust corporate governance and risk management practices. Certain responsibilities are delegated to the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee and details of the terms of reference of these Board Committees are set out below:
